The Pepperdine Graziadio Full-Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to develop aspiring leaders, change agents, and entrepreneurs. The Full-Time MBA can be completed in 12 or 20 months with the option to participate in a 2-unit Global Business Intensive course and/or a trimester exchange at one of our 30+ international partner universities. Unique to the Full-Time MBA program is our experiential Education to Business (E2B™) program and our Certificate in Social, Environmentally and Ethically Responsible (SEER) Business Strategy.

The expansive Malibu campus sits on 830 acres and overlooks the Pacific Ocean with nearly every spot on campus featuring stunning views of the beaches.
