MSOD Alumni Network

What is the MSOD Alumni Network?

The Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) Alumni Network is an organization whose purpose is "to support and sustain an evolving MSOD program alumni learning community that contributes to personal and professional growth, and furthers the positive influence of the field of OD on the world." It is an alumni-initiated part of the growing and active alumni body within Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School.

MSOD Alumni Network Mission

2027 MSOD Conference

The 2027 MSOD Conference will take place in Atlanta from September 9–12, 2027. This immersive, hybrid experience brings together practitioners and thought leaders to explore what is possible through organization development.

Atlanta invites us beyond the conference room. Here, the city becomes our learning lab. Neighborhoods, nonprofits, public institutions, cultural spaces, and local leaders become co-creators in our experience. Together, we will engage real challenges, listen deeply to lived experience, and explore how organization development can move ideas into meaningful action.

Additional conference details, including registration and schedule updates, will be shared in the coming months. For questions, contact Alumni Affairs at 310.506.6190 or pgbsalumni@pepperdine.edu.

MSOD Founders Scholarship

The MSOD Founders Scholarship was created to give expression to our founders’ mentoring spirit and to acknowledge their tireless advocacy of the MSOD program. The scholarship serves as an ongoing source of financial support to MSOD candidates who might not otherwise be able to afford the program and to promote belonging in its broadest sense within MSOD classes.

The MSOD program develops principled advocates for humanity in our organizations who strive to be a positive force in the world. You have an opportunity to help preserve the legacy of organization development.
