Available to 12- and 20-Month MBA Students

This includes innovative changes in their strategies, technologies, structures, work designs, and human resource systems. Our concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change prepares you to spearhead change in a dynamic business environment. This MBA concentration consists of 12 units – six core units and six elective units.
