Available to 12- and 20-Month MBA Students
In rapidly changing global environments, organizations are to remain competitive and economically viable. This includes innovative changes in their strategies, technologies, structures, work designs, and human resource systems. Our concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change prepares you to spearhead change in a dynamic business environment. This MBA concentration consists of 12 units – eight core units and four elective units.

Elective course availability will vary per term and year based on instructor availability, enrollment, and program needs.
