Executive MBA Programs
The Pepperdine Graziadio Business School offers two separate Executive MBA programs for mid- to senior-level professionals ready to take the next step in their careers.
Classes for our one-of-a-kind Presidents and Key Executives MBA (PKE) MBA and our Executive MBA (EMBA) meet at multiple campus locations to accommodate the busy schedules of working executives.
A step beyond a traditional Executive MBA, our PKE MBA is designed for C-level, senior executives, and business owners charged with strategic decision-making and driving bottom line results. This 15-month MBA program features global experience through travel abroad, live casework, and small classes structured in a roundtable setting.
Ranked #19 Global Executive MBA by CEO Magazine, our EMBA program delivers a full MBA experience in 19 months with a format and curriculum that fits the strategic needs and busy schedules of executives.
Each cohort is assigned a class advisor who acts as a mentor and offers guidance throughout the program.
Executive MBA Program Hallmarks
In our executive programs, small-class cohorts and highly accessible faculty create a learning environment that fosters teamwork. Students work together to tackle real-world business issues.
In addition to faculty who bring relevant business experience and superior academic credentials to the classroom, the EMBA and PKE curricula help you assess your business challenges as a live case study from which you create actionable plans.
Forbes ranks Pepperdine in the top ten of the most entrepreneurial universities in the nation. Executive MBA candidates benefit from this pioneering spirit, which is exemplified in the story of George L. Graziadio, Jr., our school benefactor and founder of Imperial bank.
All EMBA and PKE candidates participate in hands-on international experiences at destinations including China, Thailand, and India. Through these enlightening opportunities, students engage with global business and better understand its complexities.
Preparing to lead change gives you a greater understanding of your own personal values. The Graziadio Business School encourages values-centered leadership that translates into both personal and professional capital.
