Director, Risk Operations
John Muir Physician Network
Tammy is currently the Director of Risk Operations for the John Muir Physician Network. She assumed this role after managing the Revenue Cycle Team and multiple successful go-lives as part of an enterprise-wide electronic medical record implementation for John Muir Health. Tammy leads the charge for change and process improvement in risk operations as John Muir continues to optimize technology to continually improve the overall patient experience. Her excitement to grow her leadership skills equals her pursuit of educational excellence. Tammy enjoys spending what free time she has with her four grandchildren.

Senior Procurement Specialist
Jason is a supply chain professional with expertise in government contracting within the Aerospace and Defense industries. He currently works at Raytheon Applied Signal Technology, who provides advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance products. Jason is responsible for negotiations and overall contract administration. Prior to his current employment, Jason supported The Boeing Company as a procurement agent for the Space Launch Systems program. While at Boeing, he reduced costs through negotiations and established strategic suppliers needed to support production. Jason earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Administration and Operations from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Senior Director, Marketing
Jim is a seasoned marketing executive with more than twenty years of experience in startup to Fortune 100 organizations. Currently, Jim runs the marketing team at cPacket Networks, a startup that is revolutionizing the network monitoring space. Previously, he was with Gigamon Inc. for four years running Field, Channel and Alliance Marketing, while taking them through a successful IPO on the NYSE. In addition, Jim was Co-Founder and VP of Marketing at Telos Network, and has a range of other senior marketing and enterprise sales roles. When he is not at work, Jim enjoys cooking, hiking, and wine with his beautiful wife, Michelle.
Team Lead Process Engineering
Dani is Team Lead for the Process Engineering Department at the Chevron Richmond Refinery. With more than 15 years working in the oil and gas industry, her work experience includes: technology licensor consultant, technical services engineer, operations specialist, and technical lead - supervising more than 25 engineers. During her time as a consultant, she conducted business in a number of countries including Taiwan, Russia, Morocco, Turkey, Portugal, and Serbia. She earned Bachelor's degrees in both Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Spelman College and Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively. Dani enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Deputy Chief of Staff
In less than two years, Christina grew Intel's Volunteer Matching Grant Program into a $2.5 million philanthropic engine for the State of California. Today, she travels the world as the Deputy Chief Staff to the Vice President and General Manager of Intel Education. Christina credits her nomadic upbringing in a military family for developing the unique skillset required to represent a Top 10 Global Brand. Prior to moving to Silicon Valley, Christina and her best friends trekked 2,000 miles across the Kingdom of Morocco as "The California Girls" on ABC's Expedition Impossible.

Aya currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at EMC. Aya started as a product manager and was promoted to lead the team of internationalization engineers and program managers. After five years, Aya was ready for a new challenge and joined business operations as an analyst. She is result-driven and passionate about solving complex business puzzles. She currently provides product portfolio analysis and establishes quote-to-cash processes for emerging technologies such as Software-as-Services. Aya is excited about joining Graziadio Business School and hopes to apply her extensive experience to further develop strategic business skills.

Bazil is the Executive Director of Primary Care Services for John Muir Health, a leading healthcare organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. His primary focus is to enhance John Muir Health's presence in new and existing markets by driving strategic initiatives that focus on operational excellence and patient experience. Bazil brings more than 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of the operations for more than 30 clinics staffed with over 300 employees. In his free time, you will most likely find Bazil snowboarding in Lake Tahoe with his family.

Russell lives in Seattle where he finds time to be creative, analytical and enjoys taking risks on top of mountains for a good time. He has a strong devotion to innovation, including many patents pending in the financial services industry. Russell has worked at Bank of America for 13 years and, in that time, has served in various leadership roles in technology, international consulting, and change management. Russell is the Deposit Payments & Pricing Technology Executive which includes managing an international technology team from United States, Canada, Mexico, and India. Russell is also on the Federal Reserve Task Force to improve payments security.

As an Engineering Manager and Project Lead for Innovative Initiatives, Freddy thrives on leading teams of driven engineers and scientists to redefine how space products are developed. Freddy is highly energetic and brings the same passion he shares for the outdoors to his work environment. He has more than 15 years of RF (Radio Frequency) telecommunications and space systems development experience. In those years, Freddy has managed and deployed missions overseas, organizing international subcontracts, and designing high-end systems. As an extreme sports athlete, Freddy relies on his ability to assess risk and adjust swiftly to the changing environment. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
Prashant is a seasoned product leader with more than 12 years of experience delivering products resulting in significant revenue growth for Software-as-a-Service companies. In his current role at Twilio, a cloud communications company, Prashant is responsible for the definition, development and execution of new products serving as building blocks for next generation of cloud based software applications. Prior to joining Twilio, Prashant was a founding member of a hi-tech startup growing the company from 4 to 30 people, raising the first $5M and launching its first product. Prior to that, he worked in various product development and management roles at Adobe and Intel.

Tanya is an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Broker. After working at Intel Corporation for several years, Tanya began her real estate career in 1999. She worked for some of the largest real estate firms in the Bay Area and then founded her own real estate company (Patterson Investments) in 2006. Working with professional real estate investors, Tanya conducts detailed analyses of Bay Area real estate market conditions by looking at trend lines for various property types, forecasting future property values based on market velocity, and evaluating where in the Bay Area investors are likely to obtain the highest dollar return for their real estate investment. Tanya earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from California State University, East Bay.
Vishal is an IT Director at Oracle Corporation with more than 15 years of experience in the IT sector. He is a consummate leader while focused on building high performance and diverse teams. Vishal has been one of the key leaders in IT organizations and has completed many high visible projects that has had direct impact on the bottom line of the company. He is also passionate about start-ups and is co-founder of "Kunact", a business for renting personal items. Vishal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering from University of Evansville.

Aaron is the Principal Talent Advisor at Workday (WDAY), a global leader providing cloud based Finance and HR software. Prior to joining Workday, Aaron led staffing a new software division at HGST (WDC). Previously, he worked on international partnerships in EMEA and Asia Pacific as the global director of business development at the Chief Marketing Officer Council. Multiple start-up endeavors augment his corporate experience and 360-degree leadership perspective. He has memberships in the Human Capital Institute, and USASBE Association. Anchored by his values, Aaron passionately pursues human capital management innovation. He enjoys family time, mentoring, and great music.
