Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence

How We Deliver Excellence

The goal of the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) is to deliver a business education that has both relevant and practical value. To enhance our teaching effectiveness, we continually expand our understanding of current marketplace dynamics affecting working professionals given current and future economic challenges.

Simultaneously, we express the mission and values of the Graziadio Business School and Pepperdine University through a culture of learning assessment, evidence-based decisions in teaching and learning, and innovation in business education through the best in blended learning.

"At the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, our goal is to use real-world technology and analytics, tightly integrated with the marketplace to help our faculty equip business practitioners to succeed."

Director, Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence; Emeritus Professor, Applied Behavioral Science
