Mr. Carnesale commenced and continues to focus his business career in the commercial real estate development and finance arena. John’s entrance into this particular field began with his direct employment for a real estate syndicator Equitec Property Company and transitioned to real estate pension fund advisor Heitman Financial located in Los Angeles, California. As a pension fund advisor John’s experience included asset management for metropolitan office buildings as well as expanding into all asset classes of real estate with his position as vice president of Karsten Realty Advisors. John and his team served as a full discretion pension fund advisor participating in formulating and executing the ownership strategy of over $1 billion dollars in real estate nationwide. These properties included both the turnaround of troubled assets as well as maximizing the overall return of value-added, and stabilization. John transitioned to his current position as a co-founder and chief executive officer of Taylor Financial, LLC, and co-manager of the Taylor Realty Advisors and TWR Development group of companies.
