Cesar Landeros

Cesar Landeros has over 23 years of experience in the health care services industry; with an extensive period working in the long term care sector on both non-for-profit and Fortune 500 for-profit organizations.

He has led operations and strategic direction for healthcare institutions, which include long-term care facilities, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, private physician practices and medical group clinics. His experience includes extensive work in management, behavioral organization, leadership development and training. He has served as Director Quality and Risk Management in for-profit and non-for-profit organizations through the entire healthcare continuum.

Mr. Landeros is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, previous Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Administrator and has been a long standing member of California Association of Healthcare Facilities (CAHF) where he has been extensively involved in quality of care initiatives, quality management and healthcare education.

His professional associations include membership in The American Geriatrics Society, National Council on Aging (NCOA), American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is a current a candidate to the ACHE fellowship (FACHE).

He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Healthcare Management Group, which is a healthcare management and consulting firm servicing healthcare organizations in the US and China markets with a focus on innovative Coordinated Care Solutions and Senior Care Services.
