Jennifer Franczak

Jennifer's primary areas of research interest include organizational culture, downsizing, organizational and individual trust, and employee motivation. Jennifer's work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Journal of Managerial Issues. Jennifer's teaching focuses on organizational structure and leadership, organizational theory, and change management.

Prior to receiving her doctorate Jennifer worked in the non-profit sector. Jennifer received her B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Bradley University, an M.B.A. at Bradley University, and her Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University.
