Pearl Quintana

Pearl Quintana brings more than 14 years of business experience in real estate and
asset management. Her areas of expertise include property management, lease negotiations,
operations, project management, marketing, sales, financial and construction management.
Quintana has extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of large diverse
portfolios which include commercial, residential and industrial properties. Her portfolio
included major anchor tenants such as Bally Total Fitness, Starbucks, Quiznos, 7-Eleven
& Carl's Jr.
Quintana has worked on many pivotal projects such as the development and construction
of Colorado Commons in Monrovia, CA. She also has worked on the renovation of the
Xerox building currently occupied by Northrop Grumman in El Segundo, CA. Previously,
Quintana worked as VP of Kaufman Commercial Group and was responsible for the operations
and management of commercial portfolios. She has a solid track record in planning,
coaching and development. She is currently the regional director for the Presidents
and Key Executives MBA program at Pepperdine University.
During her free time, Quintana is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle by exercising and
daily meditation. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
She has two daughters and is actively involved with their school activities and sports.
