
Jaclyn Margolis, PhD
Biography
Jaclyn Margolis, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Applied Behavioral Science at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. An award-winning researcher and educator, her work focuses on well-being, leadership, teamwork, and the changing nature of work. She regularly writes about workplace dynamics for Psychology Today and has been featured as an expert in outlets such as Business Insider and Fast Company. Her research has been published in some of the field's leading management journals, including Academy of Management Annals, Organization Science, and Journal of Management Studies.
In addition to her research and teaching, Dr. Margolis has served in numerous leadership roles at Pepperdine, including as Department Chair of the Applied Behavioral Science and Organizational Theory and Management Department. She also contributes to the broader academic community through service on numerous editorial review boards.
Through her research, teaching, consulting, and writing, Dr. Margolis is dedicated to helping people create happier, healthier workplaces where both employees and organizations can flourish.
