Jim Emerick

Mr. Emerick started his business career over 30 years ago. Jim's experience spans General Management, Financial, Business Development, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Success and Services disciplines. Jim has held leadership positions with public corporations such as TRW, Allied-Signal, Honeywell International & Bank of America and Sage Software.

In addition to his Corporate Executive career, Jim is the Founder and CEO of Emerick Global, LLC. Emerick and his team provide consultation services with emphasis in Strategic Leadership, Organizational Dynamics & Transformational Change - all with a Customer & Colleague Centric focus. Jim also provides his business expertise and leadership perspective to several startups in the Technology, FinTech and Blockchain space.  This encompasses serving as a Board Director, Executive, Advisor and Investor.  Emerick currently serves as the Chief Revenue and Customer Officer for a Mark Cuban backed Blockchain startup called NFT Genius. 

Jim has been published & cited in various media outlets including US News & World Report and Forbes. He is an experienced keynote speaker and panel member at industry conferences ranging from Social Customer Care, Business Transformation, Acquisitions and Pricing Strategies. Jim holds a US Patent for his efforts in the technical and product design characteristics of an Ozone Conversion Heat Exchanger for aerospace applications.

Teaching Experience

Mr. Emerick is an experienced facilitator, mentor, instructor, and coach. Since 2003, Emerick has taught within the Graziadio Business School. This experience includes serving as the Executive Mentor to our EMBA Students, as well as teaching Leadership courses in our MS Management & Leadership, MS Human Resources and MS Global Management.
