Business School Master of Science Programs
Spark meaningful change across large-scale corporations, nonprofit institutions, and ambitious startups. Our part-time MS in Management and Leadership degree offers a flexible, experience-driven curriculum designed to expand your foundation of strategic management and organizational practices. This 16-month program introduces the valuable leadership skills needed to effectively empower the individuals and teams you manage while implementing meaningful change across large-scale corporations, not-for-profit institutions, and cutting-edge start-ups.
You’ll learn how to motivate teams, build alliances, and inspire others to reach their peak potential. In addition to understanding and applying contemporary management and leadership theories, students also will create a personal development plan, receive individual leadership coaching, and complete a service-leadership project in the community. The program will culminate with a capstone service leadership project involving hands-on consulting with local nonprofits.
