Master's in Real Estate Program Receives New Certification Partner with Certified Commercial Investment Member

Pepperdine Graziadio students earning their Master's of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) now can receive three out of four of the courses required for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Instead of taking the CCIM certification courses separately, Graziadio’s MSRE program allows students to complete their master’s degree in about a year with most of the requirements for CCIM certification met.

As a university partner, MSRE students can receive the following benefits:

1. MSRE recipients within the last five years can accelerate their path to earning their CCIM designation through University Fast Track membership.
2. MSRE recipients waive courses of "CI101 – Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate" and "CI104 – Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate".
3. From August 1 through December 31, 2020, student membership is free for first-time student members. Also, for this same time period, CCIM Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate course will be complimentary for all University Partner Student members.
