E2B Partner Green Our Planet Receives MBA Student Recommendations
Green Our Planet, the largest and one of the most comprehensive STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) school garden and hydroponics programs in the United States, is partnering with the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School Education to Business (E2B) program this fall. MBA students of Graziadio are working with Ciara Byrne, Co-Founder and CEO of Green Our Planet, to assess the nonprofit's current and desired culture, and define culture gaps that need to be closed. This is the second Pepperdine E2B™ collaboration with Green Our Planet.
“I love participating in E2B projects because we are lucky enough to get the brainpower, expertise, and enthusiasm of so many students to tackle challenges or goals that normally we do not have the manpower to do,” Byrne said. “I am impressed by how engaged students are. It's a testament to the teachers and the design and presentation of the course work that they are involved in.”
The Pepperdine E2B™ serves as an unrivaled cornerstone to how Pepperdine Graziadio brings hands-on learning into our business programs. MBA students are connected with executives to address complex issues facing today’s most notable organizations. Graziadio alumni have cited E2B as a “best experience” while earning their MBA. The real-world experience for students provides real-life results and innovative ideas for organizations.
