The Business Case for Advancing Women on Boards


Bernice Ledbetter, practitioner faculty of organizational theory and management at the Graziadio School of Business and Management, makes the business case for getting more women on corporate boards. She says “in order to move more women into leadership positions we also need to change the corporate culture. Attitudes and behaviors trickle down from managers to workers and only when there is a commitment to ensuring gender equity from those at the top will we start to see real change.” Read more here .
