Session 1- Defining Your Authentic Brand Narrative: "Your Story, Your Brand." 
Ready to infuse your beauty brand with real heart and soul? This session is all about strengthening your brand narrative by tapping into the most powerful tool you have: your personal story. We'll guide you to refine your "why,"craft strategic sales messaging that highlights your unique competitive edge and teach you how to pitch with cultural relevance and genuine authenticity. The goal? To build consistent brand stories that truly resonate, allowing consumers to connect with what makes your brand uniquely yours.

Session 2- Navigating Retail Realities and Practical Tools to Drive Sales
Secure more shelf space and boost your beauty brand's sales. This session tackles the intricacies of retail and omnichannel strategy across mass, prestige, specialty, and DTC. You'll gain a clear understanding of key metrics, learn to anticipate retailer expectations, and develop powerful objection-handling skills. With real-world tools and feedback from experts, you'll be empowered to pitch your brand with confidence and drive significant growth.

Session 3- Build Smarter, Stronger Brands with a 360° Supply Chain Approach
Building a profitable beauty brand starts with more than great products—it requires a well-structured supply chain that drives growth and resilience. Are you ready to turn your operations into a true competitive edge? This session will show you how. We’ll dive into the essential pillars of supply chain success—demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management,  while revealing actionable strategies to mitigate risk and fuel sustainable growth. Walk away with the insights and tools you need to make smarter decisions, adapt to uncertainty, and scale your brand with confidence.

Session 4- The Art of Thinking Like an Editor
Ready to elevate your brand's narrative beyond just innovation? This session is for you. We'll dive deep into the art of organic and authentic storytelling, teaching you how to approach your brand's narrative with an editor's eye. By rooting in your core brand insights and voice, you'll learn strategies to ensure your beauty brand stays top-of-mind for both your dedicated community and influential editorial partners.

Session 5- Navigate E-commerce in a changing beauty climate
In today's fast-paced beauty market, digital marketing is your superpower. Join us to demystify paid and earned media, learn how to leverage the right influencers, build out dynamic content calendars, and orchestrate a cross-channel buzz strategy for your launches. We'll show you how to adapt to changing trends and ensure your beauty brand is seen, heard, and desired at every stage.

Session 6- Finance Fundamentals (P&L, Valuation, Cash Flow)
Gain a solid grip on your beauty brand's finances. This session will make financial documents accessible, empowering you to confidently discuss your numbers. We'll break down a simplified P&L, show you how to calculate your brand's valuation, and pinpoint the cash flow management issues investors scrutinize. Leave this session feeling more financially fluent and in control.

Session 7- Funding Strategies & Pitch Deck Design 
Master the art of building impactful investor pitch decks. We'll focus on highlighting your brand's critical milestones, market potential, proven traction, and compelling financial outlook, ensuring your pitch resonates and secures investment.

Panel Discussion Session- Navigating Capital Raises: Investor and Lender Expectations
Navigate the world of beauty brand fundraising with confidence. This panel discussion breaks down the various capital sources available, including bootstrapping, angel investors, venture capital, and strategic alliances and banking institution options. 

Session 8- Final Pitch Competition with Investors & Retail Judges
Pitch your beauty brand directly to industry decision-makers. Present your 5-7 minute pitch to a panel of investors and retail judges. Receive invaluable feedback. One brand will be selected for a mentorship opportunity or direct investment discussions. This is your opportunity to connect and grow.

This program is designed for director level beauty (and finance) professionals and brand founders with at least three years of education or experience including:

  • Beauty founders, & brand builders
  • Beauty executives, director level and above
  • MBA, and Finance students interested in the beauty industry
