Pepperdine Graziadio Partners with Reyes Holdings to Offer Degree and Certificate Program Opportunities to the Company's 30,000 Global Employees
The Pepperdine Graziadio Business School signed a partnership with Reyes Holdings, the eighth largest privately held company in the U.S., to offer degree and certificate programs to all 30,000 of its employees worldwide. After observing two years of success from a partnership between Pepperdine Graziadio and their Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling business, Reyes Holdings decided to expand the program to their full Reyes Family of Businesses (RFB), which includes corporate employees as well as those at Reyes Beer Division and Martin Brower.
Under the partnership, all RFB employees are eligible for 10% reduced tuition on degree programs (in-person and online) and 20% reduced cost for certifications. Those who apply and qualify will receive fast-track admissions, and corporate scholarships are also available.
“World-class organizations understand ongoing talent development is a key ingredient for successful recruitment and retention,” said Deryck J. van Rensburg, dean of the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. “Tuition support will help employees achieve their education and career goals while the Reyes Family of Businesses enhances their business. It’s a win-win.”
As an added benefit, Pepperdine Graziadio will also offer specific programs through the Pepperdine Center for Women in Leadership to offer leadership skills training and mentorship for female employees.
