John Mooney Conducts Analysis on Acceleration of AI Adoption
John Mooney provided an analysis on how businesses are uniquely using AI technologies and how AI adoption is impacting business outcomes and customers. Mooney identified more than 50 instances of businesses adopting AI technologies in the LA metro region. AI technologies are being implemented to help businesses innovate, reduce costs, and serve as a competitive advantage. BCBG Max Azaria, a worldwide fashion designer, implemented an AI service that was focused on raising online customer engagement. The new technology achieved a 300 percent increase in customer conversations rates and increased online customer engagement by 20 percent. Most recently, Mooney’s analysis was spotlighted in the Internet Marketing Association’s newsletter and shared with professionals in the internet marketing industry.
