Jennifer Franczak Joins Pepperdine Graziadio as Assistant Professor of Organization Theory and Management
Jennifer Franczak joins the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School as an assistant professor
of organization theory and management. Jennifer is currently an assistant professor
of organization theory and management at the University of New Hampshire. Jennifer
received her BS in business administration and psychology from Bradley University,
an MBA from Bradley University and her PhD from Southern Illinois University. Jennifer's
primary areas of research interest include organizational culture, downsizing, organizational
and individual trust, and employee motivation.
