In his latest Forbes blog post, Dr. Nelson Granados, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School Associate Professor of Information Systems, comments on the public relations battle ensuing the debate between Apple and the FBI over whether Apple should unlock the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone. Apple has put forth a strong claim in favor of privacy, while the government claims it is just trying to do justice by unlocking the iPhone of a terrorist. Public opinion is pretty split on the matter and Dr. Granados says "it’s really a tough problem to solve with no simple answer. So don’t let the public relations and legal agendas of Apple and the FBI blind you from recognizing the complexity of the situation.” Read more here.
