Dr. John Paglia to Rejoin the Pepperdine Graziadio Leadership Team as Sr. Associate Dean, Academic Affairs
Professor of finance, Dr. John K. Paglia, will rejoin the Pepperdine Graziadio Business
School leadership team as senior associate dean, Academic Affairs. In this role, he
will have oversight for faculty and lead a myriad of responsibilities including developing
plans and organizational measures, executing on the ASPIRE 2025 Strategic Plan, and
oversight of department chairs, Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, Center
for Applied Research, e-Learning, and the academic affairs staff.
Over John’s almost 18-year career at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business school, he
has served in various roles including founding director of the Pepperdine Private
Capital Markets Project; co-chair of the Vision 2020 Strategic Planning Task Force;
director of accreditation; department chair for accounting and finance; associate
dean for fully employed programs and director of Peate Institute for Entrepreneurship.
