Dr. Dana Sumpter Conducts Satellite Media Tour Discussing the Top Tips for Employees Returning to the Office

 

Pepperdine Graziadio Business School faculty member Dana Sumpter recently conducted a satellite media tour sharing tips and suggestions with television and radio viewers about returning to the office. In more than 25 markets across the country -- from Los Angeles to Seattle, to Austin, to Nashville, to Tampa -- Dr. Sumpter provided suggestions for employees such as working moms and employers to make the transition smooth and successful. A key message focused on managing the workfront and the homefront. “Returning to the office means new routines of who does what around the house, who picks up and drops off the kids,” Dr. Sumpter said during one of her interviews. “These types of job changes can impact a whole household.”
