Dr. Bernice Ledbetter Shares How Women Can Shrink the Corporate Gender Gap
In the Long Beach Press Telegram and the Los Angeles Daily News, Dr. Bernice Ledbetter, practioner faculty of organizational theory and management, offers suggestions for how women can rise to positions of business leadership, including board members. She provides five recommendations to aspiring women leaders: get educated, serve on a non-profit board, join a smaller company’s board, find mentors and sponsors, and once on a board, work to diversify the board.
