Joyce Rosenberg covers the article

The third-quarter survey of 334 business sales brokers by the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, the International Business Brokers Association, and the M&A source, is covered by the Associated Press in The Washington Post. AP writer Joyce Rosenberg points to findings that indicate a strong market for businesses looking to expand. According to David Ryan, an adviser with Upton Financial Group, "Talent scarcity is driving M&A activity."
Rosenberg goes on to cover the survey findings for sellers, as well as trends driving buyers. She also points out that video marketing plays an increasingly large role in small business sales. These videos are posted on company websites, as well as across social media platforms.
