Dr. Mark Allen, practitioner lecturer of organizational theory and management at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, is featured in the September 2021 issue of HR.com’s publication, HR Strategy & Planning Excellence. In his article, “The Crucial Role of HR in Change Management,” Mark discusses the role of HR managers in reimagining and implementing the new normal of the post-pandemic office, be it virtual, in-person, or a hybrid working model.
