Pepperdine University Invites Nominations and Applications for Inaugural Position of Vice President for Community Belonging and Chief Diversity Officer

Pepperdine University is creating a top leadership position to focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging. The new position of vice president for community belonging and chief diversity officer, comes as the state and nation put a renewed spotlight on the inequality and racism issues our country continues to face. Work is underway to create a more inclusive and equitable environment across Pepperdine University and the five schools of Pepperdine. The vice president for community belonging and chief diversity officer will play a key role in implementing and advancing the university’s aspirational goals related to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
