Cristina Gibson Joins Pepperdine Graziadio as Dean's Distinguished Professor of Management

Cristina Gibson joins the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from the University of Western Australia in Perth where she holds the Woodside Endowed Chair in Leadership. Dr. Gibson will be joining the Graziadio faculty as the Dean’s Distinguished Professor of Management. Obtaining her PhD. from the University of California, Irvine, Christina will bring a wealth of knowledge from her research in how culture, organizational structures, and technology serve as key influencers on shared use of information and knowledge. For three consecutive years, Christina has been awarded the Thomson-Reuters Highly Cited Distinction, indicating that she is among the top 1% in the world in terms of impact in the fields of Economics and Business based on citation counts. Past work has included experience with such companies as IBM, HP, GM, Johnson & Johnson, Alcoa, Quantas, and Westpac, across 20 countries.
