PKE Alumna, Cindy Ayloush, to Be Honored as Distinguished Alumnus at Graziadio Summer 2016 Commencement Ceremony

Cindy  Ayloush is the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer, and co-chair of Hydraflow. Founded in 1961 by her father Leonard Edward Ullrich, Hydraflow is a recognized expert in the design and fabrication of low-pressure fluid-transfer components for use in aerospace and other high-technology applications. The company is headquartered in Fullerton, California, and currently employs 243 people. Ms. Ayloush has been with Hydraflow since 1979, representing the second generation of management of a company that has been family-owned and -operated since its founding. Members of the third generation are also with the company today, and many of Hydraflow’s employees have been with and grown alongside the company for their entire careers. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ayloush worked in the retail industry as a manager for Robinson’s department store. Ms. Ayloush is an active member of the Center for Family Business at California State University, Fullerton, and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Steven G. Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. She is also a member of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce and the Orange County Advisory Board of City National Bank. Ms. Ayloush received associate’s degrees in fashion merchandising from both Fullerton College and Brooks College, and she graduated from the Graziadio School in 1980 with a bachelor of science in management, going on to complete her MBA in 2013 within the Presidents and Key Executives program (cohort PKE 130). She currently serves as a member of the Graziadio School’s Board of Visitors.
