Faculty Blog: Worker Performance Rankings Are Too Subjective for Employers Most Valuable Asset


According to a recent blog post from Mark Allen, PhD, Practitioner Faculty of Organizational Theory and Management, decisions about employee performance are primarily made based on employee ratings. This is problematic.  Talent, an employer’s most valuable asset, deserve better than subjective rating. Allen says “we don’t want our managers to be nice; we want them to be fair.
