District Court Upholds Net Neutrality, But Anything Could Happen In The Supreme Court


Dr. Nelson Granados, associate professor of information systems at the Graziadio School of Business and Management, writes about the recent ruling from the federal appeals court that upheld net-neutrality. After the court’s ruling, AT&T immediately declared it will appeal the ruling to the Supreme Court. Dr. Granados says “with the latest track record of support for net neutrality in the courts, some may see victory in the Supreme Court as a slam dunk. But the case is less than resolved. Anything could happen, as evidence mounts in favor or against net neutrality. Read more  here .
