Sherry has held executive level positions as VP of Global Talent & Organization Capability for multiple FORTUNE 100 companies where she was responsible for talent strategy, enabling global growth, and developing organization capability. Today, Sherry and her team advise clients in consumer goods and services; oil, gas, and specialty petrochemicals; metals and mining; healthcare; automotive; technology; and transportation industries.

Sherry has led high profile culture transformations; multiple HR and OD transformations, brand and culture integrations; global M&A, including one of the largest Fortune 500 industrial mergers resulting in a combined market capitalization of over $110 billion; divestitures; joint ventures; and high stakes turnarounds.

Sherry was elected as Chief Advisor and former Board President to the Organization Development Network, which is the largest international association of OD practitioners in the world. She is a Board of Trustees member of the American Marketing Association, and was formerly a member of the Conference Board's Executive Talent and Organization Development Executive Committee. Sherry is an international speaker and an executive coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She lives in Chicago with her husband Dan, and their daughter, Alex Reidy.
