Gene Eidelman (PKE 142) and Azure Printed Homes Pioneer Sustainable 3D-Printed Construction

Graziadio alumnus Gene Eidelman (PKE 142) is redefining the future of construction through Azure Printed Homes, the company he co-founded to revolutionize how we build. By leveraging 3D printing technology and recycled materials, Azure creates homes that are more durable, efficiently produced, and environmentally sustainable.
The idea was sparked during Eidelman's time in Pepperdine's Presidents and Key Executives (PKE) MBA program, following his firsthand experience with the devastation of the Woolsey Fire. Determined to find faster, more eco-friendly ways to rebuild communities, he developed a model for modular homes that reduces construction waste while enhancing resilience and efficiency.
Under Eidelman’s leadership, Azure Printed Homes has earned national recognition as one of Pepperdine’s Most Fundable Companies of 2025, underscoring its growth potential and impact in sustainable housing.
"Being recognized among the Most Fundable Companies validated that what we're building isn’t just innovative—it's investable and impactful," said Eidelman.
Eidelman credits his PKE MBA experience for shaping his purpose-driven approach to
leadership. His advice to entrepreneurs:
"Run toward big problems. Build your network, be relentless in execution, and let
your values guide you. Resilience is everything."
