Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling Wins Brandon Hall Award for Leadership Development Program

Pepperdine University

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling (RCCB) has been honored with a Bronze Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award for Best Leadership Development Program, recognizing the impact of its ReyesUP! program. The award places RCCB alongside leading global organizations such as Amazon, Google, Kraft Heinz, Verizon, and Walmart.

Launched six years ago in collaboration with Dr. Bernice Ledbetter, Dean of Student and Alumni Affairs at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, ReyesUP! was designed to inspire and develop high-potential individual contributors into confident leaders across the Reyes Family of Businesses. Now in its sixth cohort, the program strengthens collaboration, builds confidence, and helps participants leverage their unique talents to advance into leadership roles.

"We are grateful to Dr. Bernice Ledbetter for her help in co-creating and co-leading this development program. The continued support has been instrumental in achieving this award. I look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to elevate high-potential talent across the Reyes Family of Businesses," said Maria Lane, Chief Human Resources Officer at RCCB.

The recognition underscores RCCB’s commitment to its 2025 Mission to Establish the Winning Culture and highlights the program’s continued growth and success across the Reyes Family of Businesses.
