Pepperdine Graziadio Celebrates 2026 Most Fundable Companies

Pepperdine Graziadio Business School celebrated the 14 startups named to its ninth annual Most Fundable Companies® List at the 2026 Most Fundable Companies Showcase on September 23 at Pepperdine University’s Malibu campus. Selected from more than 2,100 applicants representing all 50 states, this year’s winners reflect the breadth and innovation of today’s entrepreneurial landscape, with ventures spanning healthcare, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, clean energy, transportation, consumer products, and advanced technology.

For the first time, the Showcase fully integrated the Startup World Cup Los Angeles Regional competition, giving all 14 companies the opportunity to compete before a live panel of judges. Enexor Energy was selected to advance to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco, where startups from around the world will compete for a $1 million investment prize.

The Showcase also featured a keynote address from Pepperdine alumnus Brett M. Johnson (MBA ’05, PKE 113), founder and CEO of Benevolent Capital, a family office investing in professional sports, real estate, private equity, and venture capital. Johnson shared insights on the leadership, discipline, and execution required to build companies positioned for long-term growth. The event brought together entrepreneurs, investors, educators, and members of the Pepperdine community to celebrate the achievements of this year’s founders and the continued momentum of the Most Fundable Companies program.
