John Estrada Named Graziadio Summer 2016 Commencement Student Speaker

John Estrada will be receiving his Bachelors of Science in Management from the part-time program. During his time at the Graziadio School of Business and Management he played important roles as a Specialist in the United States Army Reserve and as a stay at home dad. John served four years in the United States Army being stationed across the country as well as being deployed to both South Korea and Kuwait. Before his military service, John had over ten years of professional experience from administration to management in a wide range of fields. He plans on continuing his education at Pepperdine University in the MBA program and hopes to also serve his country by working in the public sector after his graduation. John’s diversity of experience and strong belief in the values he learned while serving, which include loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage, have all contributed to his success, along with the love and support from family and friends. Thank you to all of the students, faculty, and staff who submitted nominations!
