MSOD Alumni Network
What is the MSOD Alumni Network?
The Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) Alumni Network is an organization whose purpose is "to support and sustain an evolving MSOD program alumni learning community that contributes to personal and professional growth, and furthers the positive influence of the field of OD on the world." It is an alumni-initiated part of the growing and active alumni body within Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
The MSOD Alumni Conference
Just like the Pepperdine MSOD program, Semiahmoo is more than just a seaside resort,
it's an experience. It's a magical place that gets under your skin in the very best
possible way. A setting where traditions are created. It's where you'll return time
and again, because amazing memories are made here. The MSOD Alumni Conference isn't
merely a destination; it's an all-encompassing feeling.

MSOD Alumni Network Council
The MSOD Alumni Network Council is designed to "build and develop a governance board for the Pepperdine MSOD Alumni Network" by recruiting a diversified group with geographical and class representation; a flexible infrastructure that will continue to evolve and align as the organization develops; and a strategic focus that will position the network for continued growth and sustainability.

MSOD Founders Scholarship
The MSOD Founders Scholarship was created to give expression to our founders’ mentoring spirit and to acknowledge their tireless advocacy of the MSOD program. The scholarship serves as an ongoing source of financial support to MSOD candidates who might not otherwise be able to afford the program and to promote diversity in its broadest sense within MSOD classes.
The MSOD program develops principled advocates for humanity in our organizations who
strive to be a positive force in the world. You have an opportunity to help preserve
the legacy of organization development.
