The Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) allows experienced professionals to earn their MBA from a highly ranked school focused on collaboration, entrepreneurial thinking, experience-driven coursework, global savvy – and above all -- values-centered leadership.
The program is offered in the traditional evening and weekend classroom format or the new Flex MBA, which blends online and on-campus learning. In both instances, our accomplished and accessible faculty members limit class sizes so all students receive the personal attention they deserve. The Fully Employed MBA program is designed with the working professional in mind, with six convenient locations in Southern California.
Fully Employed MBA Highlights
The FEMBA program offers a high level of flexibility and a range of options to meet the diverse needs of working professionals.
Customize your MBA and earn a concentration in a specialized area of business to match your career path.
Traditional FEMBA classes meet evenings and some weekends to accommodate a professional schedule. Earn your degree in as little as two years, or choose a slower pace based on your needs.
Our Flex MBA is a hybrid schedule option that combines online and on-campus learning to provide greater flexibility for working professionals.
Small class size
An average class size of 25 students ensures personal attention, a supportive community, and a high level of collaboration between faculty and peers.
