Education 2 Business Program

Real-World Application for Our MBA Programs

Our E2B course for MBA candidates is one of the Top 10 College Courses That Will Pay Off at Work, according to U.S. News & World Report.

This unique class gives students the opportunity to act as consultants for companies who have come to Pepperdine for assistance with real-time business challenges. This practical, results-oriented education goes beyond theory and elevates a student's understanding and sense of accomplishment.

E2B is an integral part of the Graziadio Business School learning experience and takes on 45 live case consulting projects annually in four different disciplines. Learn more

Program Overview

Working Directly with Executives

After an initial introduction to company executives who present their current business issue in class, students divide into "consulting teams" to research, analyze, and address the assigned company's specific challenge.

14 Weeks of Development

Students stay in contact with executives over a 14-week period, refining, troubleshooting, and honing communication skills. The class culminates with both a written proposal and an oral presentation to the client organization, during which constructive feedback is given to each team by the company executives.

Real-Time Results for Companies

E2B client companies that have implemented student recommendations experience overwhelmingly positive results. As a result, demand to participate has skyrocketed since the program's inception in 2003. For every 10 companies that apply, only one is selected and assigned to a class. Fortune 500 companies who have benefited from E2B student input include Starbucks and Warner Bros.
