The Fred Sands Institute of Real Estate is a new addition to Pepperdine – Forbes tenth ranked “Most Entrepreneurial University in the U.S. - and will feature classes of all levels of real estate expertise across many verticals.

Utilizing the Education to Business (E2B) program, pioneered by the nationally ranked Graziadio School, students will be steeped in the applied learning and engaged in real-life, real estate business challenges. Graduates will receive practical understanding of finance, investments, economics and law, necessary to succeed in a competitive international real estate environment.
