Dr. Gary Mangiofico, Last January, a highly anticipated healthcare industry disruptor announced the dissolution of their partnership. Composed of Amazon, JPMorgan, and Berkshire Hathaway, the joint venture “Haven” officially called it quits after three years. While there were many reasons speculated for why the companies involved decided to go their separate ways, the fall of Haven was by no means unprecedented.
