Stephanie Rodgers


Professional Experience

Stephanie Rodgers started her business career more than 17 years ago. Her professional experience spans operations, business development, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. She has held leadership positions with the U.S. Navy, Y.M.C.A., Verizon Communications, and currently is regional director of executive programs for Pepperdine University in Northern California. As a double alumna, Stephanie also serves as the vice-chair for Pepperdine's Graziadio Alumni Network, Northern California chapter.

While serving in the U.S. Navy, Rodgers received multiple service awards for her ability to successfully lead technical teams. Her communications and leadership skills were fully realized as she managed more than 350 employees during her tenure at Verizon. She had the opportunity to oversee Verizon's FiOS project from the planning stage through the installation and maintenance stage. Equally, her work at the Y.M.C.A. enhanced community well-being through the development of new programs, securing donor contributions, and implementation of best business practices. Her current work at the University brings her great satisfaction by enrolling high quality candidates in our Northern California Executive MBA program.

Rodgers is a life-long learner, an active Toastmasters member, and Department of Veterans Affairs volunteer. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and current San Francisco resident, Rodgers is a sports enthusiast and longtime yogini. She strongly believes in mentorship. She has several mentors in her life and is always seeking new ways to give back to others.
