The Center for Women in Leadership exists for the benefit of women. We invite you to join our community and advance women in leadership through a number of opportunities for engagement.
As a woman student, faculty, or staff member at Pepperdine, you can take advantage of our superior mentoring, networking, and skills development programs. By participating in one of our industry roundtable sessions, you gain access to leaders who provide first-hand insight and cutting-edge coaching.
As a woman inside or outside Pepperdine, you can serve as a mentor, provide an introduction to women who might be interested in the center, host an industry roundtable at your organization, or recommend women to the CWL Advisory Board.

Our Research Initiatives
The center engages in empirical and conceptual research on women in leadership. This includes the Faculty Research Symposium, which kicked off in Fall 2015 and provides a platform for faculty across all five schools to present gender-related research.
We participate in a greater conversation about women in the workplace through gender diversity research and faculty publications. The CWL has grants available. Contact us to find out more.
