Keynote Speaker
An authority on organization behavior and development, Dr. Lacey has been at the forefront of integrating behavioral science with management principles of human resources and quality systems. She served on the United States Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award presented annually by the American President, and as judge for the California Governor's Golden State Quality Award. Dr. Lacey works with Fortune 500 companies on the implementation of large-scale change for greater quality, productivity, and employee commitment.
She has worked in human resources management and organization development in 19 countries and has lectured at the Japanese Productivity Center. Dr. Lacey has served on the boards of several manufacturing and sales companies in Europe and Asia and is the past vice president and chair of education and research on the board of directors for the Association for Quality and Participation. Dr. Lacey teaches exclusively in Executive Programs at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She enjoys a thriving coaching and team-building practice addressing the needs of senior managers in the industry.

Carolyn had a full career at Coca-Cola for over 30 years. She led the development and implementation of the people plan and strategy to drive organizational and individual performance to meet business needs, and was responsible for 60,000+ people in Coca-Cola North America and Coca-Cola Refreshments.
Stacey leads the Center of Expertise (COE) and partners with operating leadership to set the enterprise talent and development strategy and design best practice solutions to meet the changing business and talent needs spanning across The Coca-Cola System. She brings over twenty years of experience across a variety of roles in Human Resources. Her passion for bringing out the best in talent based on the needs of the business has served her well throughout her career and especially in her current role.
Having graduated in Computing Science, Donald followed a typical software developer career path for a few years before making the move into HR, and didn't return! Most of his career has been in generalist HR business partner roles. He has a track record in leading and developing successful HR teams. Donald joined Microsoft from Nokia in 2014.
KC Simmons works with LinkedIn leaders to assess learning needs, develop customized learning solutions, and deliver courses for their organizations. She acquired her experience at Facebook, NetApp, Cisco, Verizon and Vodafone where she held roles from employee onboarding and engagement to learning design, development, and delivery. Her international experience includes developing training organizations and instilling western training methods in Eastern Europe. She has consulted and facilitated in Poland, Romania, Portugal, Belgium and Australia.
Rachael Lewis is a business-minded global HR leader with broad expertise in talent management, organization design, and all aspects of organization and leadership development uniquely combined with line management experience. She has designed and implemented programs and consulted with leaders in the US, UK, EMEA, LATAM, APAC and SA.
Since 2007 Marty has been a leader in field sales in some of T-Mobile's largest markets. Now based at T-Mobile headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, Marty is part of the company's Human Resources leadership team responsible for Recruiting, Organizational Design and Leadership Development for the organization.
Nathan provides guidance and leadership for key enterprise-wide HR initiatives. He also provides business planning and strategic support for the EVP of Human Resources. Nathan brings a diverse background, having spent the last 12 years leading teams in a variety of organizations across T-Mobile where he was focused on Customer Experience initiatives.
Farhan Rizvi leads End-2-End Design teams that support TMUS' digital transformation by aligning design approaches to enable a continuous delivery model and digital future. Farhan has also led support teams responsible for knowledge management, methods & procedures, and product & service launch support for all T-Mobile call centers. Farhan joined T-Mobile in September, 2000 compiling over 17 years of experience in people management.
As an organization development consultant, Anita has worked with clients ranging from The Nature Conservancy to Microsoft. She dedicates her time to helping herself and others forge new ground through collaboration. Anita worked in the business world for 20 years holding positions in Sales, Marketing, and HR in the US, Europe, and India. This experience, plus being born in the melting pot of London, England has cultivated a global mindset. She received the Graziadio Leadership Award where her thesis topic was Adaptive Leadership.
Closing Speaker
Dr. Groves is recognized for his research as a Julian Virtue Professor and as an Ascendant Scholar. He consults with organizations in the areas of talent management, leadership assessment and development, succession planning, organizational change, and employee engagement. Dr. Groves publishes his research in journals, including the Leadership and Organization Development Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Small Business Management, Group & Organization Management, and Human Resource Development Quarterly. His book, entitled Navigating the Looming Succession Crisis: An Evidence-based Approach for Developing Talent and Sustaining Leadership Continuity in Healthcare Organizations is forthcoming.
