Kawanna Brown is responsible for the overall leadership of Magic Johnson Enterprises, which includes the Magic Johnson Foundation, Inc., and Johnson Development Corporation. She has played a critical role in partnering the company with top businesses such as Lincoln Mercury, Burger King, Cadbury Schweppes, and Mandalay Entertainment, and has been credited with making Johnson Enterprises the number one urban brand in America and a pioneer in business development in underserved communities. Ms. Brown is the recipient of The Network Journal's 40-Under-Forty Achievement Award and the University of Southern California Association Award for Distinguished Community Service.

The author of the best-selling Authentic Leadership: Rediscovering the Secrets to Creating Lasting Value and most recently True North: Discover Your Authentic Leadership, Bill George teaches leadership development at Harvard Business School. As the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medtronic, a world leader in medical technology, Mr. George grew the company's market capitalization from $1.1 billion to $60 billion. Prior to joining Medtronic, he was a senior executive with Honeywell and Litton Industries. Named Executive-of-the-Year by the Academy of Management in 2001, Mr. George was also selected as one of "The 25 Most Influential Business People of the Last 25 Years" by PBS nightly news.

Dennis Tito is credited with helping to develop the field of quantitative analytics which uses mathematical tools to analyze market risks. He developed the Wilshire Total Market Index (Wilshire 5000), the broadest stock market index that Federal Reserve officials cite as a barometer of the U.S. economy. Today he applies science to the art of money management as CEO of Wilshire Associates Incorporated, a leading provider of investment management, consulting, and technology. Founded in 1972, Wilshire manages $10 billion in assets and provides analytical tools to some 350 institutions. On April 28, 2001, Mr. Tito made history by becoming the first individual to pay to travel in space.

As president of daytime for the Disney-ABC Television Group, Brian Frons is responsible for the creation, production, and delivery of programs on ABC Daytime, SOAPnet, and Buena Vista Productions. Prior to joining ABC, Mr. Frons served as the senior vice president of programming for the London-based SBS Broadcasting, where he oversaw programming, promotion, and research operations for 12 channels, reaching 125 million European viewers. He began his television career in 1978 as one of three program management trainees, chosen during a national search by CBS Entertainment.
