Recruit Pepperdine MBA Talent
"I interview graduates from many business schools. In my assessment, Pepperdine MBAs tend to be more well-rounded in their outlook. They are not just trained in the analytical aspects of the MBA curriculum but have been required to develop their leadership and people skills."

- Host an Information Session
Market your company and discuss current opportunities through an on-campus information session. This is an excellent way to establish a presence on campus. Sessions can be scheduled prior to on-campus interviews. To schedule an information session, submit this form.
- Student Clubs
Allow us to connect you with student club events, giving you the opportunity to network with students affiliated with industry or function-specific clubs. Click here for a full list of our current student clubs.
- Find Talent Online Through GTO
Graziadio Talent Online (GTO) allows you to create a company profile and post internship and job announcements that students and alumni can view and apply for online. Attract superior Pepperdine talent at absolutely no charge to you
- MBA Career Treks
If you can't visit Pepperdine students at our campus, invite them to your place of business. Career Treks are an excellent way to have a select number of graduate students get to know more about your company's career opportunities while experiencing its environment first hand. The best day to schedule a site visit is Friday, as students do not attend classes that day.
- Resume Drops
Our staff can compile customized electronic resumes books for you, allowing you to screen candidates for summer internships and full-time positions. We can then schedule on-campus interviews throughout the academic year after you identify students from the resumes books.
