Pepperdine's Drescher Graduate Campus sits on a spectacular 50-acre plateau in Malibu with a commanding view of the Pacific Ocean. Pepperdine's Malibu campus is consistently named one of the country's "Most Beautiful Campuses" by the Princeton Review.

Covering 96,000 square-feet of campus facilities, the graduate campus consists of five adjacent buildings. Named for Pepperdine benefactor John F. Drescher, the campus provides world class graduate facilities, the Collazo Library/Learning Center, a student services center, student housing, and a 300-space parking structure.

Also located on the Drescher campus is the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. This full-service conference facility is used to support academic programs and a broad range of global business events, academic and research meetings, and alumni programs. The Executive Center provides state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, exceptional food service, hotel-style accommodations, and an environment conducive to learning.
