Professional Experience
Ms. Korossy is the deputy director of executive programs at the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School, where she also serves as an adjunct professor and class advisor.

Ms. Korossy is a management consultant, speaker, and adjunct professor on the subjects of international business, global marketing, management theory and principles, and global strategy development and implementation, and performance measurement, as well as the areas of brand management and executive leadership. Ms. Korossy has more than 18 years of domestic and international experience in building entrepreneurial entities into established corporations (both B2B and B2C), from concept through implementation.

Prior to starting her own consulting business, Ms. Korossy served as the senior vice president of operations and as a corporate officer for a $200 million institution, which she helped grow from a start-up into an established, nationally-recognized leader in its industry. She has also served as a marketing and brand management executive for more than a decade, helping companies directly link their marketing efforts with their overarching company strategy, thereby creating a sustainable brand image.

As both a practitioner and consultant she has been able to assist a wide variety of organizations, including public sector and not-for-profit, develop effective strategy and performance measurement systems. Ms. Korossy has lead executive leadership training efforts for companies in the U.S. as well as overseas.


Teaching Experience

Ms. Korossy teaches at Pepperdine University and several other educational institutions in the Southern California area in the areas of international business, global marketing, global management strategy, and management theory and principles.


Ms. Korossy’s knowledge of strategic design and assessment, organizational leadership, brand development, and teaching provides her with a holistic perspective, which she shares with her EMBA students and the class as a whole, to create an environment conducive to learning.
