Alumni Spotlight: John Atwood

My MSOD Experience
The Pepperdine MSOD program introduced me to powerful people, processes, and practical experiences that changed the trajectory of my professional career. I entered the program looking to understand models and theories. I was fortunate to find a unique group of individuals - classmates, faculty, and advisors - who motivated me and challenged me. Each class session was an intensive learning lab, forming different project teams, consulting with clients in different global locations, and practically applying organization development theory daily. I graduated with a stronger conviction in my work, a toolkit filled with invaluable practical experiences and knowledge that can I apply everyday, and a great professional network who supports my development.
