Admission Information

Student Applying for MSOD

The MSOD Program is designed for experienced, working adults who desire to pursue organization development as a relevant and strategic contributor in organizational life, and we invite you to join us in making a difference.

The MSOD application process is designed to insure alignment of professional and personal development goals with those of the program. In addition, we look at the fit of temperament and background with the MSOD experiential learning format. The applicant is asked to reflect upon and answer a series of questions about life and work experience to document the trajectory of organization experience leading to your decision to pursue an advanced degree. The applicant also is asked to benchmark his or her knowledge of self that we know from experience is instrumental to effective organization development practice.

How to Apply

  1. Register for a “My Graziadio” page and click “Apply Now.” Click "Online Application" and complete the data fields in the “Program Information,” “General Information,” “Vocational Self-Evaluation Evaluation,” and “Sentence Completion” sections. Click "Submit" and pay the $100 application fee when prompted. As the Admissions Office receives your documents (including transcripts, test scores and recommendations) your application checklist will be updated.
  2. Download the MSOD Transcript Request PDF form. Mail transcript request forms to the colleges or universities you have attended and earned your degree/s.
  3. Download the MSOD Recommendation PDF form. Identify two persons you feel will provide a well- rounded and representative evaluation of your organization performance, leadership skills, and potential to contribute to the MSOD program and e-mail them the forms. The completed recommendation form can be e-mailed to the MSOD Program Office at .
  4. After your submission of a completed application, you will be contacted by a member of the MSOD Admissions Committee for a personal interview. This interview is typically conducted by phone, but by request, may be done in person.
  5. Please submit a Miller Analogies Test (MAT) score. For information on the MAT, please click here. The Graziadio School code is 1939. GMAT and GRE scores are also accepted. Test scores should be mailed to:

For International Students:

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
If your primary language is not English and you are not a graduate of a college or university in the United States nor a permanent U.S. resident, you must submit an acceptable score on the TOEFL. For an application to take this test, write TOEFL, Educational Testing Service, Box 6151, Princeton, NJ, USA 08541‐6151 or visit toefl.org. Please have TOEFL scores sent directly to the Graziadio School Admission Office.

International Student Data Form
International students who do not hold a permanent resident visa in the United States must submit this form to the Admission Office before an I‐20 form can be processed. Download the ISD / Evidence of Financial Support form from the Online Application under "Downloadable Forms" and mail to the Graziadio School Admission Office.
